Quality and Service
We assure every piece of products was inspected at least twice during production and before sending, also guarantee quality, we undertake the relevant responsibility if any problem.
If there are really defects on the products, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
1.please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the pictures to us by email. So that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after her check and agree, we will add the new goods to your next order for free.
2.if we could not identify. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to evaluate a refund or exchange of goods. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But we will compensation for the loss of customers, by giving you some discounts on the next order after assess.
